Aiming at perfection aka please comment!

    By maurizio | March 31, 2007

I am too much worried about what I write and how. This blog is very young and my (blog) writing experience is young too.I should try to worry less on the form and more on the content.Right now I have more than 10 posts saved as Drafts. I haven’t published them yet because I’m not sure on the content and I don’t even want to post stuff too early.
I had so many ideas before starting my blog that I don’t want to waste them now that no one is really listening to me. This is another worrying point. No one is reading my blog.
Maybe someone is reading it, but they do not leave comment so I don’t feel like I have been read. My stats programs says someone is stumbling on my pages, even if they do not give the same numbers.
I am not sure if I read numbers correctly but what I am sure is that there is something wrong. The safest way to say that is to look at bandwidth used: Awstats tells me that for this month I spent less than 15Mb; Analog says 96Mb. I’d trust Analog for two reasons: 1. It was installed by DreamHost; 2. The number is bigger and makes me feel happier :).
Another thing I can see from my stats is that people prefer my “Internet” stories, because the most read are Lorem Ipsum Meaning and Who was the first president of USA
Today I even discovered that 2 people found my Ads interesting (they clicked them)! That makes me happy because it means that there is some interest on the real content of my site. I’m saying this because I see that most of the ads are Content Creation related; thus people who came here and clicked ads, was here to read about Content Creation.
