Digg effect
By maurizio | March 15, 2007
While I’m still fighting to find a way to show the digg button on my homepage, I examined a small digg effect on my site. Digg sends you thousands of reader if your article appear on the homepage, but you still get someone reading you even if you have just 2-3 diggs. My post about the meaning of Lorem Ipsum had just 2 diggs but it managed to send me more than 100 people and today, after 5 days I still see 10% of them on my site. That’s good for me.
Anyway, I’m still fighting with the digg-this Wordpress’ plugin that doesn’t show at all, and the official script code from digg itself, which shows 0 diggs when put on the homepage.
