Lazy holidays..aka another project with images

This Easter I was too lazy to post or work on My Visitors list. I switched on my pc just to play some games, but today I was in a good mood (thanks to Dom) so I thought it was a good idea to start again another old idea I had. As usual I will not say anything more about it. :)
I just need to know how to add a FORM to a blog post and then I’ll be able to start (another) beta test. This time I will probably get some moderator/poster. If everything will work, I will post here some code snippets to explain how I did it.
I still need to know how to create some kind of bump maps too.
