.Edu link spam

While I was watching Technorati API pages, I noticed a new (for me) way of link spamming.

By reading the links, most of them looks like:
www.cs.txstate.edu/~ob1016/ProxyServer/index.php?q=aH

It seems that someone will be kicked out from school..
