My Server died

Sorry for not posting a lot lately, but I was working hard with my Java app because I wanted to put a beta version online, but today my server decided to die so now I’m just trying to figure out what to do with it. Right now I’m using a backup of it on my personal PC, but I can’t go on this way.
On a side note, I need SQL help because my Db is so big that my queries takes too long to execute. I wanted to put online some simple half/static pages but I’m not able to transfer the database efficiently.
Maybe I’ll put some stuff online later..
