Nafurai Tag List update

I’m sooo sleepy :( but I wanted to tell the (few) readers that I’ve updated the look of beta.nafurai.com.
I’m sleepy, so I totally forgot to update the l&f of the first pages. To see any difference you should look at the Tag pages or the Stats Page. The differences are minimal. I’ve just changed the look.
Note that descriptions looks better and you can even see Chinese characters there. I save chinese characters on the Db, but I wasn’t able to show them properly. I’ll explain what I did some other day because the trick is very important and you don’t find it easily with google.
