Technorati Favorites Tool
Have you exchanged a lot of Technorati favorites but you don’t know if you get the link back? Check it here! Please note that I am parsing Technorati web pages several times to build the results. For every user on a “favorites” list I parse two pages. For every user on a “favorite by” list I parse two pages too. So if you have a lot of “favorite by”, please use this tool only once and save the page somewhere on your website. If you do so, it would be very kind if you put some links to my Blog on your site. To discuss this tool you can register in my Forum, even if right now there are 0 messages and 2 users. :-)
The tool is up again, but I had to remove a feature.Now you can’t click directly on a link to add a site to your favorites. I had to do that because it was getting too slow to fetch a page for every user on that list.
This tool will load your favorites and your site’s “favorite by” users and then check to see if an user/site is in both lists.
If an user is on your list but he has not added you to his list, you’ll see a warning message. If an user added your site as a favorite but you haven’t, it will tell you all his sites so you can easily add them all (or just one).
I am not using Technorati API yet. If you really like this tool, please start reading my site often,leave comments,register on my forum or do whatever you think is good to let me know about it.
This tool isn’t the ideal way to get those info, so if you do like it, let me know and I will start a new project using Technorati’s API.
